I came in to look at the puppies. There was a yorkie that was for sale. The puppy immediately started to play with me through the glass window. I felt immediate connection to it. And most likely would have purchased the dog. I asked my son to go ask the person at the counter, if I could hold the puppy that was playing with me through the glass. He was told that you could only hold the animals if you're gonna buy them. So I walked up to ask, if I could hold the Yorkie, and the employee told me, no, because it wasn't eating very well so they're just watching it. 2 questions, if you think something's wrong with the animal, why are you just watching it and not taking it to a vet? And the second part of that question is, why do you have it in a glass enclosure for sale then. I mean, the only sign on there is the price? It didn't say anything about the puppy being on hold. I think that if you have a possibly sick puppy, maybe it shouldn't be out for everyone to see and it should be getting the help it needs.

I came in April 24th to adopt a beautiful new best friend. The girl that helped us was absolutely amazing! I unfortunately did not remember her name, but she was young blonde girl. I’m not sure how you guys handle your animals. And how your night routines go. But I just want to say that my puppy has been absolutely amazing! I didn’t even have to kennel train her.. I leave the door open and she willingly goes in. I don’t even have to close it. That’s just where she chooses to sleep and is comfortable. She is only eight weeks old… so potty training is still going. But she is very smart. I just want to thank you guys for taking care of your pups! I love her so much.🩷

This is a fun store, I love all the cute critters and the beautiful fish. My first visit I ran into a hyperactive frenzicly friendly parrot, if I could give him more stars I would (he was the superstar of the show that day).

I really believe in supporting small businesses that support the community. I like the old-town feel of your shop, and it’s a place I’ve continued to support. I don’t want this to stop anyone from supporting. Hence, the 3 stars. However, I wanted to share my experience with the bearded dragon I purchased from you one year ago. She looked healthy, and I spoke with staff who told me she was healthy. The staff ensured me they had experience with bearded. I visited her several times over the week before bringing her home. I take responsibility. I did my research, I got all the recommended supplies, and set her new up. I took her home, and she wasn’t eating. I assumed it was just stress from the move, but just incase and to get an established vet. After one in my care. I took her into a vet who specializes in reptiles and exotic pets. After many test, to say the least the vet found she was heavily parasitized, had a respiratory infection, bloodwork all over the place and with kidney and liver issues. She was very sick. It’s been a long year with many vet visits, and we’re still working to get her fully healed. The good news is that if I hadn’t taken her, she likely wouldn’t have su

We had so much fun here! The prices are a bit higher than other big name stores, but we feel like it's worth it. You're not just paying for your pet supplies here, you're supporting a local business, AND you're paying for the experience. Their petting zoo is a fun family experience and they don't even charge for it! That's what makes their higher prices worth it to us. Two birds with one stone- we get to buy our pet supplies and make family memories at the same time!
